Cancellation Policy

Hotel bookings arranged by Travel Tripora

This policy applies in addition to any hotel-specific rules communicated to you at the time of booking.

Your acknowledgment

When you confirm a booking and authorize payment, you acknowledge that the reservation is subject to the hotel's cancellation, modification, and no-show policies, as well as the terms below.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date incur a charge of 30% of the total stay amount.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, and no-shows, incur a charge of 100% of the total stay amount.

Why these charges apply

These charges reflect contractual obligations and room guarantees Travel Tripora makes with hotels on your behalf. Once a room is held or confirmed, the property may retain all or part of the stay value if you cancel late or do not arrive.

Your authorization

You authorize Travel Tripora to apply the applicable cancellation charges to the payment method used for your booking when cancellation falls within the periods stated above.

Payment authorization (summary)

By booking with Travel Tripora, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount in EUR or USD for confirmed accommodation services, and confirm you are the cardholder or an authorized representative.

Agency status

Travel Tripora is not the official housing provider for any congress, conference, or event. We operate as an independent travel agency and act as an intermediary between you and accommodation providers.
