When you create an account, complete a booking, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, nationality, travel preferences, and payment-related booking details. Payment card data is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

• To arrange and confirm hotel accommodation on your behalf
• To manage your Tripora Rewards account and loyalty points
• To send booking confirmations, payment links, and service-related communications
• To comply with legal and contractual obligations

Data storage & security

Account and booking data is stored using Supabase with industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS). Access to admin systems is password-protected.

Sharing with third parties

We share necessary booking details with hotels and accommodation providers to fulfill your reservation. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting info@ttripora.com.
