Information we collect

When you create an account, complete a booking, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, nationality, travel preferences, and payment-related booking details. Payment card data is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use your information

• To arrange and confirm hotel accommodation on your behalf
• To manage your Tripora Rewards account and loyalty points
• To send booking confirmations, payment links, and service-related communications
• To comply with legal and contractual obligations

Data storage & security

Account and booking data is stored in our own PostgreSQL database on a private server, reachable only by our application — it is not exposed to the internet. All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as one-way cryptographic hashes, meaning they cannot be read or recovered by anyone, including us. Access to admin systems requires a password and a second authentication factor.

Sharing with third parties

We share necessary booking details with hotels and accommodation providers to fulfill your reservation. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not sell your personal data.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting info@ttripora.com.
