1. About Travel Tripora

Travel Tripora is an independent B2B travel agency that arranges accommodation for speakers, participants, and travelers worldwide. We are not the official housing provider for any congress, conference, or event. All bookings are handled separately from event organizers, and Travel Tripora acts solely as an intermediary between clients and accommodation providers.

2. Payment Authorization

By completing a booking form and proceeding to payment, you hereby authorize Travel Tripora to charge the agreed hotel booking amount in EUR or USD for the accommodation services detailed in your booking, including hotel name, stay dates, and room type.

You confirm that you are the cardholder, an authorized representative of the cardholder, or a company representative responsible for this payment.

You understand and accept that this charge is for confirmed hotel accommodation services arranged on your behalf by Travel Tripora, acting as a travel agency, and that authorization provided through our booking form serves as proof of your approval of this transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

You acknowledge that your booking is subject to the hotel's cancellation, modification, and no-show policies shared with you, and you agree to the following cancellation terms applied by Travel Tripora:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will incur a charge of 30% of the total stay amount.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the total stay amount.

You understand these charges result from hotel contractual policies and room guarantees made on your behalf. You authorize Travel Tripora to apply the above charges if cancellation occurs within the stated periods.

4. Chargeback & Disputes

You agree not to dispute this charge with your bank or card issuer for reasons related to authorized booking services, provided the services are delivered as confirmed.

5. Tripora Rewards

Points, tiers, and rewards are subject to program rules displayed on our website. A registered account with a matching email may be required to earn booking points. Welcome bonuses and earning rates may be updated from time to time.
