We are a travel agency, not a booking engine. A consultant reads your request, negotiates the rate, and stays with your trip from the first email to check-out.

What we do

Accommodation and flights, handled end to end

Travel Tripora arranges housing and flight services across more than 120 destinations worldwide. Our clients are doctors, academics and speakers attending international conferences, business travellers with tight schedules, and families planning a holiday they would rather not organise themselves.

We process thousands of bookings a year. That volume is what lets us negotiate rates directly with hotels rather than reselling whatever a public search engine shows, and it is why the same property often costs less through us than booking it yourself.

Every booking is handled by a named consultant. You are not passed between agents or left with a ticket number — you deal with a person who knows your trip.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

You tell us the trip

Send an enquiry from the homepage, or email us. Destination, dates and who is travelling is enough to start.

We come back with options

A consultant checks availability and negotiated rates, then replies with a shortlist and a clear total price. No booking fee.

You get a booking code

Once you choose, we email you a personal booking code. It opens a page showing your trip, where you confirm your details and pay securely.

We stay with the trip

Confirmation, changes, late arrivals, problems at the desk — your consultant is reachable around the clock while you travel.

Being straight with you

What we are, and what we are not

We are an independent travel agency. We act as an intermediary between you and hotels, airlines and other providers.

We are not the official housing provider for any congress, conference or event, and we do not claim to be affiliated with the organisers of the events our clients attend.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page — they never pass through, and are never stored on, our website.

Cancellation terms are set out in advance. They are on our Cancellation Policy page, and they apply alongside the hotel's own rules, which we tell you before you pay.
